Gender assessments for adults usually take two to three sessions. These are also focused on an intervention that you wish to use the report to access via referral to a medical doctor. This could be gender affirming hormones or surgical intervention.
Sessions are around an hour long and happen at the same time each week. They tend to be conducted via video conferencing. This costs £600
You may wish to access assessment solely in order to apply for a gender recognition certificate. This tends to need a single session of around 90 minutes. This costs £400

The full price of the two or three-session assessment and report is £600.
The cost is usually split into two payments of £200 payable at the time of sessions one and three and a final payment of £200 ahead of your report.
The cost is more reflective of a two session assessment, however, we feel if you need a third session, that can be included in the price.
Single assessment for a GRC costs £400. This is conducted via video conferencing and usually takes around 90 minutes.

The report and recommendations will cover any gender dysphoria diagnosis and/or gender incongruence diagnosis, ruling out differential diagnosis and should you meet criteria, and can be used in application for legal documentation recognising your gender as well as referrals for medical treatment.

It helps if you give us an understanding of what the focus of your assessment may be for you, for example, a medical opinion for surgery or a referral for gender affirming hormones, or an assessment focused on providing evidence for your application for a Gender Recognition Certificate (GRC).
